Asking vs paid
Most buyers got 5% off the asking price
85 of 109 buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 30,000. 1 in 10 of them got 15% or more off.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
