Payment & Security
The practical details of planned Pro payments and how we approach account security.
Effective 10 August 2026
1. Planned payment methods
The current Datanah Pro prices appear on the Pricing page. Monthly access is planned through recurring card payment; yearly access is planned through a one-off FPX payment with manual renewal. Checkout is not yet connected, so Datanah is not currently collecting payments through the site.
2. Billing and cancellation
When monthly card billing becomes available, charges will recur until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to submit a request. Annual FPX access is a one-off payment and does not renew automatically; renewal must be made manually for the next year.
3. Payment processing
Curlec is planned as the payment processor. Payment details are entered with the payment provider, and Datanah does not store card or bank-account details. Payment-provider terms and notices may also apply to a transaction.
4. Security approach
We use safeguards designed to protect accounts, service operations and information, including access controls, short-lived one-time login codes and security logging. These measures reduce risk; they cannot eliminate it. Protect the email account you use to sign in, never share a Datanah login code, and contact us promptly if you think someone accessed your account.
5. Billing or security concerns
For a payment question, suspected unauthorised charge or account-security concern, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible.
