Digital Delivery Policy

Datanah does not sell or ship physical goods. A Pro purchase provides digital access to the applicable Pro features on your Datanah account.

After the payment provider confirms a payment, we will provision access to the account used for purchase. Access should appear within a few minutes. Payment review, delayed confirmation or a technical problem may take longer.

First confirm that you are signed in with the email used for the purchase. If access is still unavailable after payment confirmation, use our contact page and include your account email and payment details. Service-access failures are covered by our Refund Policy where applicable.
