Gombak, Selangor
Schedule
Completed (CCC).
Progress
Construction is complete.
Price
This project launched before 2021. Signed prices from then almost always match the asking price on record, so the discounts buyers got don't show.
Developer
Developers often set up a separate company per project, so check the parent group's record too.
Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
