What buyers paid

Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.

Asking vs paid

Most buyers got 2% off the asking price

114 of 147 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 12,000. 1 in 10 of them got 3% or more off.

Bumiputera lots: 93% signed below asking, typically 2% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.

From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
