Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
Asking vs paid
Nearly all buyers got 11% off the asking price
426 of 426 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 83,800. 1 in 10 of them got 12% or more off.
Bumiputera lots: 100% signed below asking, typically 10% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.

The Agents plan shows all 436 units: which are sold, what each buyer signed for, and the estimated price of the units still for sale.
See the Agents planData as of 11 Sept 2026. Prices and availability can change; confirm with the developer before you commit.
Developers often set up a separate company per project, so check the parent group's record too.
