Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
Asking vs paid
Nearly all buyers got 15% off the asking price
110 of 110 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 282,700. 1 in 10 of them got 17% or more off.
Bumiputera lots: 100% signed below asking, typically 21% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
