Discounts
1% off
Nearly all buyers got about 1% off the asking price, less than most in Johor.
Schedule
Construction is listed as progressing normally, with no change to the handover date.
Progress
89% built, with 75% of the promised build time used.
Price
100% of open-lot buyers signed below the asking price. Treat it as a starting point and negotiate.
Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
Asking vs paid
Nearly all buyers got 1% off the asking price
16 of 16 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 20,000.
Bumiputera lots: 100% signed below asking, typically 1% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
