Asking vs paid
Some buyers got 26% off the asking price
1 of 1,193 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 88,000.
Bumiputera lots: all signed at the asking price.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
