Asking vs paid
Nearly all buyers got 17% off the asking price
188 of 188 buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 64,000. 1 in 10 of them got 20% or more off.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
