Asking vs paid
About half of buyers got 5% off the asking price
3 of 6 buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 28,400.
Based on only 6 sales, so treat this as a rough guide.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
