Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
Asking vs paid
About half of buyers got 11% off the asking price
5 of 10 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 40,000.
Bumiputera lots: 35% signed below asking, typically 9% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
