What buyers paid

Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.

Asking vs paid

Every buyer paid the asking price

All 227 open-lot buyers signed at the asking price.

Bumiputera lots: 86% signed below asking, typically 5% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.

From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
