Asking vs paid
Nearly all buyers got 5% off the asking price
11 of 11 buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 120,263.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
See every unit with Agents
The Agents plan shows all 52 units: which are sold, what each buyer signed for, and the estimated price of the units still for sale.
See the Agents planData as of 11 Sept 2026. Prices and availability can change; confirm with the developer before you commit.
