Developer
Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
Asking vs paid
About half of buyers got 4% off the asking price
475 of 891 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 9,100. 1 in 10 of them got 13% or more off.
Bumiputera lots: 97% signed below asking, typically 9% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
See every unit with Agents
The Agents plan shows all 1,449 units: which are sold, what each buyer signed for, and the estimated price of the units still for sale.
See the Agents planData as of 11 Sept 2026. Prices and availability can change; confirm with the developer before you commit.
Developers often set up a separate company per project, so check the parent group's record too.
