Asking vs paid
About half of buyers got 7% off the asking price
108 of 252 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 43,800. 1 in 10 of them got 17% or more off.
Bumiputera lots: 50% signed below asking, typically 17% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
