Asking vs paid
Some buyers got 10% off the asking price
2 of 18 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 35,400.
Bumiputera lots: 10% signed below asking, typically 10% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
