Discounts
8% off
Nearly all buyers got about 8% off the asking price, less than most in Negeri Sembilan.
Schedule
Construction is listed as progressing normally, with no change to the handover date.
Progress
30% built, with 28% of the promised build time used.
Price
100% of open-lot buyers signed below the asking price. Treat it as a starting point and negotiate.
Paid is the price in each buyer's signed SPA. Asking is the developer's listed price. Est. after discount is an estimate for units still for sale: the asking price less the discount buyers of that type typically got.
Asking vs paid
Nearly all buyers got 8% off the asking price
40 of 40 open-lot buyers signed below asking, typically saving about RM 36,000. 1 in 10 of them got 9% or more off.
Bumiputera lots: 100% signed below asking, typically 8% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
