Asking vs paid
Every buyer paid the asking price
All 47 open-lot buyers signed at the asking price.
Bumiputera lots: 10% signed below asking, typically 8% off, which includes the Bumiputera discount.
From the price in each signed SPA. Cashback, rebates and free extras given outside the SPA aren't included, so some buyers paid less still.
Each unit's asking price and sale status, with what sold units signed at and an estimated price for units for sale.
